Custom development programs
Not stock. A route from reference to repeat bulk. Each program connects the complete garment to the construction decisions behind it. Send a shape, artwork or reference; we test the variables that make it manufacturable.

What we resolve before bulk
The look survives the production line. Sampling is where the visual idea becomes a production standard: measurable, repeatable and inspectable.
Send a reference
Embroidery Placement, stitch type, density, backing and shrinkage are tested against fabric weight and wash route.
Hoodies PU jackets
Printing Screen, digital and raised-ink options are selected around artwork scale, hand feel and color count.
T-shirts Sportswear
Washing & distress Target tone, abrasion zones, repair method, shrinkage and bulk tolerance are documented during sampling.
Fleece Twill
Cut, panel & splice Asymmetric lines, color blocking, reflective transfer and pocket geometry are resolved at pattern stage.
Windbreakers Cargo
Hand finishing Hand paint and local variation use approved references and acceptable variation limits—not uncontrolled effects.

Questions before sampling
Before the first pattern. The fastest projects start with clear quantities, target dates and references.
Start with your brief
01 What is your minimum order quantity? MOQ starts at 100 pieces per style, per color. Sizes can be mixed within the color quantity.
02 Can you develop from images or a sketch? Yes. A tech pack is ideal, but clear reference images, measurements, artwork and construction notes can also start a feasibility review.
03 How long does sampling take? A typical sample is around 15 days. Complex wash, embroidery, distressing or multi-panel development may require 20–30 days.
04 Do you sell ready stock or support dropshipping? No. Yuchen works on made-to-order custom development and bulk production rather than inventory, wholesale stock or dropshipping.
05 What should I send for a quotation? Send the product category, target quantity, size range, fabric preference, artwork, construction references, packaging requirements and target delivery date.
