This policy covers our B2B apparel inquiry website, project discussions and reference materials you share with us. It does not cover independent websites you choose to visit.
Information you share
The current quote form requests the information below. Name, business email, country or region, product category, quantity range and project description are required to submit the form; it also requires an inquiry acknowledgment. Additional project details and a reference link are optional.
Contact details
Your name, business email, and country or region, plus a company or brand name and WhatsApp or phone number if you provide them.
Project details
Garment category, estimated quantity, target timing, specifications, packaging needs, questions and other details in your project brief.
Design files
The quote form accepts a reference link rather than a direct file upload. The linked material may include tech packs, sketches, reference images, logos, artwork or size sheets. Files shared through a separately agreed channel may include names, photographs or document metadata.
Correspondence
Messages and attachments exchanged when you contact the business by email or through a messaging service.
Share only information relevant to your project. Remove unnecessary personal details from reference files, and do not send identity documents, payment card details or sensitive personal information with an inquiry.
How information is used
We use your contact and project information to respond to your inquiry, review specifications, discuss a quotation or sample, and maintain a record of agreed requirements. If you place an order, we also use information needed to manage production, payment, delivery and business records.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract where you are a party, our legitimate interests in handling business communications and protecting the website, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Where consent is required for a separate activity, we will ask for it.
We do not use inquiry submissions for unrelated marketing emails, advertising profiles or solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. An inquiry acknowledgment is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Your design files
We review tech packs, artwork and reference links to understand your project. The form accepts a reference link rather than a direct upload. You retain the rights you hold in the materials you share.
Before sharing a file
Share only materials you are entitled to provide, remove unrelated personal information, and contact us before sending commercially sensitive material so that any confidentiality agreement and access arrangements can be agreed.
Access is limited to people who need the material to handle your project, including relevant project suppliers where necessary. Submitting a file does not give us permission to publish your designs, use them in public case studies or use them for AI training. Project-specific production permissions and confidentiality terms are addressed separately.
Storage & service providers
This website uses WordPress and Fluent Forms to receive and store inquiries. Inquiry notifications are sent to liu@yuchapparel.com. We use hosting and delivery infrastructure provided by Hostinger, together with our business email service, to operate the website and handle correspondence.
Information is available to staff who handle your inquiry and, where required for your project, relevant manufacturing or service suppliers. Hosting, email, backup and security providers process information needed to operate their services. We may also retain or disclose records where required by applicable law or to handle a legal claim. We do not sell inquiry details or connect this form to an external CRM.
Our team processes inquiries in China. Infrastructure providers may also process information in the countries where they operate. If you contact us from another country, handling your inquiry involves access from China. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply; you may contact us for information about arrangements relevant to your inquiry.
We limit access according to project responsibilities and use HTTPS for website transmission. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
How long it is kept
For an inquiry that does not become an order, our retention period is 24 months after the last contact. This covers the inquiry, associated correspondence and project references held for that inquiry, unless a legal obligation or an active dispute requires longer retention.

Contact us to request deletion or discuss a shorter period. We will explain any records that must be retained and why.
Your choices & requests
Contact liu@yuchapparel.com with “Privacy request” in the subject to ask about your information. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. These rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Include the email address used for your inquiry and describe your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request relates to you. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and how to provide them.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any refusal or extension. You may also raise a concern with the data-protection authority in your country or region where that right applies.
Changes to this policy
This policy takes effect on 26 September 2026. We will update it when our website or information-handling practices change and show the revised date here. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required.
