Orders & minimums
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 100 pieces per style, per colour. You can mix sizes within that quantity.
This applies to full custom development, adjustments to our existing patterns, and customization of blank garments.
Can I mix sizes within an order?
Yes. You can mix sizes within the 100-piece minimum for each style and colour. Include a breakdown of the quantity you need in each size when preparing your order requirements.
How does the minimum work for multiple colours?
The 100-piece minimum applies to each colour of each style. For example, one T-shirt style in black and white requires at least 100 black pieces and 100 white pieces: 200 pieces in total.
You can mix sizes within each colour.

Yuchen Apparel has its own garment factory and takes on production orders directly.

Customization
Can you produce a fully custom design?
Yes. We offer full custom development based on a customer’s design or tech pack, covering fabric, pattern development and garment production.
The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per colour, with mixed sizes.
Can I start from one of your existing patterns?
Yes. You can use an existing Yuchen pattern as a starting point and request changes to the fabric, colour or garment details.

Can you add my branding to blank garments?
Yes. We support printing, embroidery and brand labels on blank garments. This option also starts at 100 pieces per style, per colour, with mixed sizes.

What should I include in my project brief?
A clear starting point is your garment type, design references, quantity per style and colour, and size breakdown.
Add the fabric and weight you are looking for, artwork and decoration details, branding, destination and target delivery date. Note any questions about sampling, cost or timing that you want to discuss.
