01

About these terms

This website presents the custom apparel services of Dongguan Yuchen Fashion Co., Ltd., trading on this website as Yuchen Apparel (“we”, “us” or “our”), based in Dongguan, China.

These terms cover use of our website and the materials shared through business inquiries. The website is intended for brands, businesses and professional buyers exploring custom apparel projects.

Project-specific rights and obligations depend on the parties’ agreement and applicable law. This page does not set payment schedules, delivery deadlines, cancellation rights or product acceptance standards for an order.

02

Using the website

Please use the website for lawful business purposes and provide accurate information when contacting us. If you act for a business, make sure you have authority to submit its information and discuss its project.

Do not upload malicious files, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website’s operation, impersonate another person or submit material that infringes someone else’s rights.

If you notice an error or a technical problem, please tell us which page or feature was affected using the contact details below.

03

Website content & ownership

Product descriptions, photographs and other materials help explain the types of work we discuss with customers. They are not a substitute for an agreed specification or approved sample. Appearance, colour and finish may vary with screen settings and the materials selected for a project.

Rights in website text, photographs, graphics, logos and other protected content remain with their respective owners. Displaying a third-party brand or design does not grant a visitor permission to reproduce it or establish an endorsement.

You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for your internal evaluation of our services. Except as permitted by law or the relevant rights holder, do not republish, resell, alter or commercially reuse protected website content. Contact us if you would like permission for another use.

04

Your designs & submitted files

You retain the rights you hold in the tech packs, sketches, artwork, logos, photographs and other materials you submit. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of those materials to us.

Only submit files you own or are authorised to share for the intended purpose. A reference image helps communicate an idea; it does not by itself authorise us to reproduce a third party’s design, artwork or branding.

Use of submitted materials

By submitting materials for an inquiry, you permit us to review them and make the copies reasonably needed to assess and respond to that inquiry. This limited permission does not authorise public marketing use, resale of your files or production unrelated to your project.

Before sending confidential or commercially sensitive files, contact us to agree the appropriate sharing method, access arrangements and any confidentiality agreement needed. These website terms do not replace a separate non-disclosure agreement or any confidentiality duty under applicable law.

Any additional use for sampling, production, subcontracting or public case studies must be addressed in the relevant project permissions and agreements.

05

Inquiries, quotations & agreements

Submitting an inquiry does not by itself confirm our acceptance of an order or reserve production capacity. The same-page confirmation acknowledges receipt of an inquiry only.

Project inquiry

A starting point to discuss your design, quantities, materials and requirements.

Quotation

Read the stated scope, assumptions, validity period and acceptance conditions. Ask us to clarify anything that is missing.

Project agreement

Record the agreed specification, pricing, approvals and commercial terms in the relevant contract or accepted order documents.

The legal effect of a quotation or exchange depends on its actual wording, the parties’ communications and applicable law. Electronic communications can have legal effect; a document does not have to be called a “formal contract” to be relevant.

Before committing to a project, clarify the payment terms, sample approvals, production and delivery arrangements, quality criteria and handling of changes or claims. These website terms supply no default rules for those matters and does not override an existing agreement.

07

Changes & responsibility

Website content may be updated as information changes. Please confirm any project-critical details with us before relying on them for a business decision.

These terms take effect on 26 September 2026. Later website changes do not automatically amend an existing project agreement. Any change to an agreement must follow the applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, duties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific governing law, dispute arrangements and liability terms should be agreed in the relevant project documents.
