Start Your ProjectQuestions before you start
Let’s clear up
the details.
Project-specific costs, timing and order terms are agreed during the quotation and technical review.
Tell us about your projectCan I start with reference images instead of a tech pack?
Yes. Share clear reference images and explain what you want to keep or change. Add the intended fit, fabric, decoration and quantity where possible. The technical review identifies the specifications needed before sampling.
What should I check when reviewing a sample?
Compare fit and measurements, fabric feel, color, construction, artwork size and placement, labels and packaging against the brief. Put your feedback into one clear list with annotated images or measurements. Confirm the final sample and specifications before bulk production.
How are sample costs and revisions handled?
Sampling costs, the scope of development and any further revisions are confirmed for your project. Review these terms before sampling starts. If feedback changes the agreed scope, clarify any additional cost and timing before proceeding.
How long will my project take?
The schedule depends on the product, material availability, development requirements, order details and shipping arrangements. Share your target delivery date at the start. Sampling, approval, production and transport timing need to be confirmed for your project.
Can I change a detail after approving the sample?
Raise the change as soon as possible. Its feasibility depends on the stage of production and materials already arranged. Agree any effect on the specification, cost and schedule before the change is applied.
What quantity and payment terms apply?
Our garment MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per color, with mixed sizes. Use the MOQ planning guide to prepare your breakdown. Payment and other order terms are confirmed in the quotation. The brief does not commit you to an order.
Who arranges shipping and import requirements?
Shipping method, costs, responsibilities and destination requirements need to be agreed for each order. Provide the delivery country early and confirm consignee details and the required documentation before dispatch.
