1. Define targets

Rename sizes and POMs as required. Enter positive dimensions in one master unit. Leave unknown values blank. These four POMs are not a complete production specification.

2. Compare the increments

Next-size target minus previous-size target, in the master unit. Negative differences are shown as entered; they need interpretation. Missing or invalid targets are not treated as zero.

Check identity, measurements, fit and movement, proportions, mating seams and the effect of trims or artwork. Record target changes separately from deviations in a sample.
